Mississippi Mud Cake Recipe | Chocolate Marshmallow Brownies.

Ingredients.
- 1 cup butter (melted)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 jar marshmallow creme
- For the Frosting:
- 1 stick butter (melted (1/2 cup))
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Directions.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine 2 cups sugar, 1 1/2 cup flour, and 1/3 cup cocoa in large mixing bowl.
- Add 4 beaten eggs and 1 cup melted butter. Stir.
- Add 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 cup coconut. Mix.
- Add mixture to 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
- Spread mixture evenly across pan. Place in preheated 350 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
- In saucepan over medium heat, add 1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter.
- Add 1 cup cocoa. Mix.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of evaporated milk and 2 cups powdered sugar.
- Add 1 cup chopped pecans and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Remove from heat before frosting reaches boil.
- When the main dish is finished baking, remove it from oven. Apply marshmallow cream across cake.
- Apply frosting across top of cake. Allow to completely cool before cutting and serving.
